Privacy

Your data, clearly.

We store your account email, authentication identifiers, subscription status and QR collection: names, destinations, selected content (web address, phone number, text, email or SMS), categories, total and daily scan counts, last scan dates and saved designs. Uploaded compositions are private to your account. Original image metadata is removed before storage. QR content is available to anyone with its scan link while access is active.

Cloudflare provides an approximate country to display CAD prices in Canada and USD elsewhere, without requesting your browser location or storing your IP address for this choice.

Stripe handles payment cards and billing details. We store Stripe identifiers and subscription status, never card numbers. Apple, Google and Microsoft sign-in does not grant us access to your mailbox.

Scanner IP addresses are not stored in QR statistics. Optional marketing consent is separate from your service account. Service notifications do not require marketing consent. Contact us to request account and QR deletion.

Website audience measurement is optional. After consent, pseudonymous browser and session identifiers measure visits, approximate country and activity. No IP, email, precise location or browsing URL is stored by this measurement. Identified bots, API calls and QR scans are excluded. Records are retained for 90 days. Withdrawing consent removes this browser’s records. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.

The contact form sends your email and message to StudioQG through Microsoft 365 so we can reply. It does not subscribe you to marketing.
