One QR for an event programme and resources

A dynamic QR on a badge or invitation can point to the programme before an event, then to resources afterwards. You choose and manually update its destination in QR Code • StudioQG.

Before the event

Prepare a mobile page with the schedule, venue and useful information. Create the QR in your account, export it and place it on invitations or badges. Check the links and print a scannable proof before producing all your materials.

During and afterwards

For a schedule change, update your existing page. To switch to another page after the event, change the QR destination in QR Code • StudioQG. Distributed materials then open your presentations, documents or resources. The page must stay accessible under the permissions you set.

What the QR does not replace

QR Code • StudioQG does not currently provide ticketing, access control or automatic destination scheduling. A QR does not make a document private: protect the page in its hosting tool when needed. Keep an active subscription to maintain the redirect.
